Welcome to Talks@MHS: Empowering Futures Through Shared Wisdom

Greetings from Rajas Satija, an alum of Melbourne High School. As we navigate the pages of this website, let me take you on a journey rooted in resilience and driven by the spirit of turning crises into opportunities.

During the unprecedented lockdown of 2020, I, like many, faced the disappointment of canceled work experiences – a missed chance to explore diverse industries. However, my upbringing instilled a powerful lesson: "Turn a crisis into an opportunity."

In the heart of lockdowns, I leveraged virtual connections to bridge gaps and build networks. Through Zoom, I engaged with Human Rights Lawyers, Data Scientists, Economists, Health Professionals, and Entrepreneurs. Their insights gave birth to a vision: to share, inspire, and collaborate on a global scale.

This vision is Talks@MHS – an online platform created to connect, inspire, and empower high schoolers worldwide. Rooted in the philosophy of "Dream Big," fostering the idea of the "World As One Family," and cultivating our roles as "Instruments of Change," Talks@MHS aims to be the go-to space for shared wisdom.
